Parking Division Resumes Normal Operations Beginning May 1, 2020

The Parking Division will resume normal operations in parking garages and lots. Gates at city garages will be lowered and fee collection for parking in those garages will resume May 1.
- Billing for contract parking customers will be sent via email or USPS on April 27. Payment will be due by May 11.
- The customer service center on Main Street remains closed in response to the coronavirus outbreak. You may contact the Parking Division at 757-664-6510 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- No contact payment options include our online customer service portal, or by mail or drop off to our customer service center at 222 E. Main Street, 23510.
NORFOLK, VA – In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Norfolk’s Division of Parking has developed the following Customer Assistance Program (CAP) to provide businesses and individuals stability and flexibility in their parking needs during this time of uncertainty:
- Monthly Customers that paid for the month of April All parking is free and open to the public for the month of April. A credit will be applied to your account when you resume your parking services.
Monthly Customers that did not pay in the month of April All parking is free and open to the public for the month of April. Billing for the month of may will go out on Monday, April 27 with all payments due by Monday, May 11 to continue parking services.
Credit amount for unused days after the March 17th Customers are eligible to receive a credit for the time they did not use the Parking System after March 17th of this year. Customers may apply for credits from May 1 through June 15th. Parking will confirm eligibility for this credit and provide a response in 7 to 10 business days.
