Monthly Vehicle Parking Rental Agreement
In an effort to provide outstanding customer service, the Division of Parking provides its Monthly Vehicle Parking Rental Agreement (PDF) online. Customers will complete a form providing basic information regarding their vehicle registration, as well as contact and billing information.
Updates to Vehicle Registration
Updates to vehicle registration or contact and billing information will be affected by completing a revised Monthly Parking Vehicle Rental Agreement. After carefully reading the parking agreement, initial, sign and date all pages of the agreement in the designated areas.
- Customers requesting an individual parking account will complete all of page 1; then Parts I and III of page 2.
- Customers requesting a corporate parking account will also complete all of page 1; then Parts II and III of page 2.
- Page 3 provides space for establishing parking for multiple vehicles and/or parkers.
Submit the completed parking agreement by mail, email, fax, in person, or via the Monthly Parking portal. Include a copy of the vehicle registration for any vehicle not registered in Virginia.
By signing the Monthly Vehicle Parking Rental Agreement, monthly patrons acknowledge that they have read and understand the Monthly Vehicle Parking Rental Agreement. Furthermore, the customer agrees to and accepts all the terms and conditions thereof.
Once the parking agreement is approved, processed, and pre-paid, the customer will receive an electronic garage access card and/or bar-coded parking permit for each parking space rented.
The bar-coded parking permit will be affixed to the inside of the vehicle's rear window glass, totally contained within the lower five inches on the driver's side.
Replacement Permits & Passes
To request a replacement parking permit or electronic garage access pass, complete the Replacement Card Form (PDF). A $5 fee will be assessed for each replacement. Submit the completed form by email, fax at 757-664-6244, via the Monthly Parking Portal or by mail at:
