Historic District Design Guidelines Update
The current design guidelines were written in 2012 and need refreshing. We are looking to incorporate current best practices, and address today’s preservation issues.

This first draft brings you updated text. We will be adding many more illustrations and photographs in the second draft and want your input. Please let us know what features or concepts you would like to see illustrated.

What we heard from you!
As we kicked off our update to the Historic District Design Guidelines this June, we asked for your help in understanding how well the guidelines are known and what the update should prioritize. Below is a summary of what we learned from our survey.
