Gateway Academy

The Gateway Academy is an opportunity for eligible residents to gain knowledge in workforce readiness, life skills, effective decision-making and vocational training.  The goal is for participants to complete the initial Academy classes which will prepare the client for the learning environment in higher education settings to enrollment in training classes that will result in obtaining certifications and securing employment.  Additionally, participants will receive assistance with their job search and may be placed on volunteer sites to help build their skills, resume and networking.
