Norfolk Juvenile & Domestic Relations District Court
Human Services provides both pre-adjudication and post-adjudication services and programs for youth involved in the juvenile justice system. Services for males are provided contractually at a local group home. Services for females are provided contractually through family-oriented group homes. Services in each program include:

Individual, Group, and Family Counseling
Recreation
Shelter
Residential & Nonresidential Programs
All residential programs operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Certain nonresidential services are also available for court-involved youth, including:
Anger Management
Electronic Monitoring
Horticulture Training
Juvenile Sex Offender Assessment and Treatment
Mental Health Screening and Consultation Services
The Intensive Probation / School Liaison Program provides services for court-involved youth in middle and high schools who are on probation or parole.
