Bulk Item Pickup Requests can be submitted using the MyNorfolk Mobile App, MyNorfolk online platform, or phone at (757) 664-6510 weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. excluding holidays, or by emailing healthyneighborhoods@norfolk.gov.
