The Public Works Design Division is the authority responsible for maintaining the Norfolk City Design Standards (NCDS). The current edition is NCDS 2021.12, which supersedes and invalidates any previous edition. For your convenience, the Standards are available for download in .jpg (zipped) and .pdf formats.
