Sponsored by the Friends of Norfolk Public Library, Tales to Tails gives struggling school-aged readers an opportunity to improve their literacy skills by sharing stories with reading therapy dogs. The non-judgmental presence of the dogs and their silent appreciation for the written word paves the way for reading success and provides a healthy boost of confidence.
