Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

Program Description 

Through hands-on activities, students will be introduced to the concepts of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. They will understand why and how to institute these behaviors in their daily lives, with a focus on learning what can and cannot go in the blue recycling bin in Norfolk.

Grade Range

This program is best suited for Pre-K-1st grade learners.

Delivery Method Options

In-Person

Keep Norfolk Beautiful can visit schools, camps, organizations, and other education groups to offer this program to your students. We require at least one week of notice and a supervising adult must be present at all times during the program. We believe that learning happens best in smaller groups. Because of this, we serve a maximum of 15 students at a time. We are happy to accommodate larger groups by giving the presentation multiple times to smaller groups of 15 or less students.
