Right of Way Management

The division is responsible for infrastructure planning for city departments, addressing, plan review for improvements within public, residential, and commercial areas, and coordination and inspection of all activities with utility companies, and other federal, state, and other municipalities. Additionally:

• Coordination, permits, inspections, and approval of traffic control and restoration for construction projects in and along roadways and sidewalks.
• Working with city contractors, private contractors, private utility companies and their subcontractors to plan, execute, and deliver quality projects in a timely manner.
• Routing and permitting over sized, over weight, and over height loads and granting exceptions for time restricted roadways.
