HRSD sends wrong Utility bill insert to Norfolk customers

Norfolk, VA (Friday, January 3, 2020) - HRSD mistakenly sent a Chesapeake insert about a water rate change to 2,000 Norfolk customers. This insert DOES NOT affect Norfolk customers and if you receive the insert in your bill, disregard it. Feel free to Norfolk Department of Utilities customer service at (757) 664-6700 with any questions.
