Norfolk City Treasurer’s Office has been notified of unsolicited calls attempting to collect taxes over the telephone. The Norfolk City Treasurer’s Office does not solicit payments over the phone. If a Norfolk taxpayer receives an unsolicited call, hang up and call the Treasurer’s Office at 757-664-7800. Staff will let the taxpayer know if money is due and the proper method for payment.
