NORFOLK, Va. – Norfolk’s Department of Human Services invites residents, family and friends to connect with over 30 local support services and resources at its Resource Block Party on Monday, Oct. 14, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 741 Monticello Ave.
This free event is open to the public and aims to connect individuals and families with vital resources available in the community including City services, education and employment, senior services, mental health, food insecurity and children’s services.
Since it’s a block party, attendees will also be able to enjoy food, music and fun while engaging with organization representatives.
