The Existing Conditions Assessment is a report that outlines the major findings from a citywide data assessment conducted in Winter and Spring 2024 as part of the NFK2050 Comprehensive Plan. This assessment set the stage for the visioning phase (Phase II) of work on NFK2050 and includes an emphasis on how Norfolk has changed and evolved since the last comprehensive plan adoption in 2013. This data-driven overview of the current physical, social, and economic conditions in the city helped build the foundation upon which the goals, actions, and strategies are based. greater heights by 2050.
