NBN Academy offers a variety of training that was developed by residents and city staff to focus on peer-to-peer, interactive training that supports NBN core concepts. The goal is develop a multi-level educational program that will enhance the capacity of Norfolk’s citizens to be engaged, responsible neighbors and community leaders.  

For the next webinar, "Parliamentary Procedure Refresh," Carlos Clanton is returning to refresh neighborhood organizations' knowledge of basic Parliamentary Procedure and answer top questions.   Mr. Clanton is a Registered and Licensed Professional Parliamentarian Trainer whose previous class for civic leagues was very popular.  To register, click on the graphic below to go offsite to Eventbrite.

We often use volunteer resident experts wherever we can for our regular courses. Coordination of so many volunteers sometimes means that courses are subject to change.
