Side Lot Program: A Lot for a Little
The City of Norfolk's Department of Housing and Community Development has started the process of disposing of non-buildable, vacant, residential parcels, deemed "side lots" to eligible adjacent neighbors. Notices have already gone out to over 100 adjacent owners in all Wards. If you are interested in purchasing the "Side Lot" next door and have not already received communication from DHCD, please contact us below.
