Project Benefits
This project will advance Norfolk's Complete Streets Initiative and Vision Zero resolution by promoting safe access for all pedestrians, bicyclists, motorists, and transit users of all ages and abilities in the community and by providing traffic calming benefits.
Scope of Work
- Install marked crosswalks with supplemental safety treatments
- Intersection bump-outs where applicable
- Other measures to be determined during public outreach
