NORFOLK, Va. – (NPD) Norfolk Police have arrested man in connection with an ongoing investigation.
On October 17th, it was reported to police that a man had taken a car without the owner’s permission.
As a result of the investigation, Daniel S. Carpenter, 38, of Norfolk, has been charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle and grand larceny.
He is currently being held in Norfolk City Jail without bond.
He also had an unrelated outstanding warrant on file.
