NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives are continuing to investigate a shooting late Sunday night that left a man dead.
On October 20, 2024, around 10:00 p.m., police were called to the 1600 block of Madison Avenue for the report of a gunshot victim. When Officers arrived, they found a man suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
The man, identified as James E. Lindsey III, 40, of Norfolk, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
