NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) –Detectives are asking for help from the public to locate a woman who may be in need of medical assistance.
73-year-old Jane R. Evans was last seen around 10:00 a.m. on July 29, 2023, at 830 Kempsville Road.
Evans is about 4’ 9”, weighing 155 pounds, with brown eyes, and long brownish grey hair. She was last seen wearing a brown shirt, red & orange pants, and white sandals. Evans may also be carrying a blue blanket.
Evans does require medication, and police are concerned for her well-being.
