[ARCHIVED] Norfolk Police identify man killed following weekend shooting on Kincaid Avenue

NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) - Detectives are continuing to investigate a homicide that occurred over the weekend on Kincaid Avenue.

On November 5, 2022, around 6:45 p.m., police were dispatched to the 4600 block of Kincaid Avenue for the report of a gunshot victim. When officers arrived, they found Romeo R. Morris, 35, of Virginia Beach, suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. Morris was pronounced dead at the scene.

Detectives have not released any additional information surrounding this incident.
