NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives are continuing to investigate the shooting on Killam Avenue that has left two people dead, and five others injured.
Around 12:00 a.m. on September 4, 2022, officers responded to the 5000 block of Killam Avenue for the report of a gunshot disturbance. When officers arrived on-scene, they came in contact with four women and three men suffering from gunshot wounds. All the victims were transported to the hospital; two of the victims, a man and a woman, sustained life-threatening injuries.
Zabre Miller, 25, and Angelia McKnight, 19, later died at the hospital as a result of their injuries.
