[ARCHIVED] Norfolk Police investigating domestic-related double shooting on Suburban Arch

NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – A woman is in stable condition and a man is dead following a domestic-related shooting Monday afternoon.

On August 15, 2022, around 12:40 p.m. police were called to a home in the 7000 block of Suburban Arch for the report of two gunshot victims. When Officers arrived, they found a man suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. 

A 66-year-old woman was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. 

The preliminary investigation has determined that the man, identified as Bobby K. Lee, 69, of Norfolk, shot the woman before shooting himself.   

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine the official manner and cause of death. 

Police are not looking for any additional suspects related to this incident.
