NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives are asking for the public's assistance to find a missing 15-year-old girl who was last seen on August 3, 2022, in the 3100 of Norway Place.
Kadence S. Morrell is approximately 110 pounds, 5’7’’ with brown eyes and black hair.
Norfolk police are concerned for her safety and ask anyone who has information about her whereabouts to call 911.
