[ARCHIVED] Man dies following shooting on Manson Street

NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – A Portsmouth man has died following a shooting on Manson Street Sunday evening.

Around 9:05 p.m. police responded to the 1600 block of Manson Street for the report of a gunshot victim. When the officers arrived, they found a man suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. The man, identified as D’Vurille D. Bailey, 23, was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
