[ARCHIVED] Norfolk Police identify man killed overnight on Alexander Street

NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) - Detectives are continuing to investigate a shooting that has left a 26-year-old man dead.

On June 29, 2022, around 12:40 a.m., police were dispatched to the 6200 block of Alexander Street for the report of a gunshot victim. When officers arrived, they found two men who were both suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds.

Z’Ky S. Williams, 26, of Norfolk, was pronounced dead at the scene. The second man was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for medical treatment.

Detectives have not released a motive or suspect information surrounding this incident.
