NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) - A Norfolk man has been arrested for a stabbing that left his brother dead.
On June 5, 2022, around 3:45 a.m., dispatchers received a call for a stabbing victim in the 100 block of Hough Avenue. When first responders arrived, they found Terrell D. Locker, of Chesapeake, suffering from a stab wound. Locker was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
As a result of the investigation, Tevin D. Locker, 29, was arrested and charged with 2nd degree murder.
Locker is currently being held at the Norfolk City Jail without bond.
