NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 36-year-old Octavia Michelle Walker, who was last seen around 4:00 p.m. on April 28, 2022, at Sentara Leigh Hospital.
Walker is about 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing around 140 pounds with long brown dreadlocks. She was last seen wearing a white puffer jacket and black pants.
Octavia suffers from a mental health disorder and may be in need of medical attention.
