NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) - Detectives are asking for help locating 23-year-old Joseph C. Tilden, who was last seen on June 15, 2021, around 2:30 a.m. in the 3400 block of Verdun Avenue.
Tilden is approximately 5-feet-8-inches tall, 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is believed to be endangered and may have a history of mental illness.
