NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Norfolk detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 12-year-old Isabelle Vela.
Isabelle was last seen on January 5, 2021 in the 5600 block of E. Princess Anne Road around 5:15 p.m.
Isabelle is 5’4” with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue jacket, yellow shirt, black leggings, and black shoes.
