NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – A Norfolk man was found dead Thursday afternoon following a shooting on Azalea Garden Road.
On March 19, 2020, around 12:00 p.m., police responded to a report of gunshot victim in the 3100 block Azalea Garden Road. When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from gunshot wounds. The man, 22-year-old Devonte K. Lawrence of Norfolk, was pronounced deceased on-scene.
