NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) Norfolk police are hoping someone can help them identify the person seen in these surveillance photographs.
According to detectives, a man used an object to break out the windows of 10 businesses and 1 vehicle in the vicinity of 21st Street on the evening of December 30, 2019. At this time, nothing has been reported stolen.
