NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) Norfolk detectives are hoping someone can help them identify the person seen in this surveillance video using stolen bank account information at a local
hardware store.
According to detectives, on December 11, 2017 around 1 p.m., the man seen in the surveillance video used stolen bank account numbers to make a purchase of over $650.00 at a local hardware store.
The man was seen driving away in a white van with damage to the hood over the front driver’s side tire.
