[ARCHIVED] Norfolk Man Reports Early-Morning Home Invasion

This morning, June 17, 2015, shortly after 6:45 am, police responded to the 5200 block of Windermere Avenue for a home invasion/robbery.

Once police arrived, a man told them that around 4:30 a.m. two unknown black men dressed in some type of dark police attire and masks, entered his residence, displayed a gun and took personal property.

During the incident the man sustained a non-life threatening injury, and he transported himself to an area hospital for treatment.

Once he returned from the hospital, he contacted police to report the robbery.
