[ARCHIVED] Norfolk Detectives Investigating a Malicious Wounding

On September 26, 2014 shortly after 4 am, police were called to the 400 block of W. 26th Street for a report of a man who had been shot. The victim was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The suspect was described as a black male, around 5’10”, wearing a red shirt. Norfolk Detectives are actively investigating this case, and are asking anyone who may have information about this incident to call the Norfolk Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP (1-888-562-5887). Any information that leads to an arrest can earn a reward of up to $1,000.
