NPD Officers arrested 20-year-old Rodney Marshall of the 800 block of W. 34th Street, on September 28, 2014, after a brief vehicle pursuit. Officers saw a stolen white Ford Mustang, which was reported stolen earlier that morning from the 100 block of W. 28th Street. As police turned on their lights and sirens in an attempt to stop the vehicle in the 3800 block of Granby Street, the vehicle sped away at a high rate of speed. Officers initially called off the pursuit due to the dangerous actions of the driver. However, police located the unoccupied vehicle in the 100 block of East Arden Circle. Police K-9 Officers conducted a track and located Rodney Marshall hiding behind a house. He was taken into custody without incident. Rodney has been charged with Possession of Stolen Property, Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, Possession of Forged Coin or Bank Notes, Eluding Police, Driving while Suspended (3rd Offense), and Driving the Wrong Way Down a One Way Street.
