On 9/5/14 at approximately 1:15 a.m., Norfolk Police and Fire Rescue responded to the 3500 block of Seay Avenue for a possible gunshot victim. Police located a 52-year-old male suffering from a minor, non-life threatening injury. After conducting the preliminary investigation, Police determined the victim had been struck with a paintball gun by an unknown suspect in the 900 block of Trice Terrace shortly after 1:00 a.m. The victim was treated by medics on scene and Police are currently investigating the incident.
