[ARCHIVED] Norfolk Man Injured by Paintball Gun

On 9/5/14 at approximately 1:15 a.m., Norfolk Police and Fire Rescue responded to the 3500 block of Seay Avenue for a possible gunshot victim. Police located a 52-year-old male suffering from a minor, non-life threatening injury. After conducting the preliminary investigation, Police determined the victim had been struck with a paintball gun by an unknown suspect in the 900 block of Trice Terrace shortly after 1:00 a.m. The victim was treated by medics on scene and Police are currently investigating the incident. Anyone who may have information about this crime is encouraged to call the Norfolk Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP (1-888-562-5887). Any information that leads to an arrest can earn a reward of up to $1,000.
