Celebrate Read Across America Day and Dr. Seuss’s birthday on March 2 by getting the chance to win a Dr. Seuss-themed prize basket! This basket includes: a “The Cat and The Hat Comes Back” book and a Cat in the Hat plush. To enter the drawing, simply answer the question: “What was Dr. Seuss’s first book for children?” Email your response to NPLprograms@norfolk.gov by Feb. 21

You can also stop by your local branch and pick up a Dr. Seuss “Oh, The Places You’ll Go!” mini frisbee during March 2-7.
