The Norview Community Center invites the community to celebrate Halloween in a safe, fun and festive environment at its Pumpkin Rage Room on Friday, Nov. 1, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
All materials for this thrilling experience will be provided—just bring a pumpkin and wear clothes you don’t mind getting a bit messy. Once participants let out your pumpkin-smashing energy, they can contribute to sustainability by dropping off their smashed pumpkins at the composting trailer!
The event will also feature an information table about the significant benefits of composting, including reducing waste in landfills, enriching the soil, conserving water and supporting local ecosystems.
