NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) - Detectives are asking for help to locate missing 74-year-old Larry D. Collins.
Collins was last seen around 4:00 a.m. on September 17th in the 3900 block of Llewellyn Avenue. He is approximately 5-feet-9-inches tall, 165 pounds, with brown eyes.
Collins may be wearing a grey sweatshirt and black sweatpants.
It is believed that Collins suffers from dementia and may need medical assistance. Anyone who sees him is asked to call 911.
