Celebrate World Blood Donor Day by registering for a City-sponsored blood drive. The next one is June 20, from 1-6 p.m., at Mary D. Pretlow Anchor Branch Library, 111 W. Ocean view Ave.

Employees must schedule an appointment to give blood.

There are four ways to schedule:

• Go to RedCrossBlood.org  and enter the sponsor code: NorfolkCity 
• Call Red Cross 1-800-Red Cross 
• Download the Blood Donor App
