NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Norfolk Police have arrested two people in connection with a stabbing Monday afternoon in the 100 block of W Ocean View Avenue.
Around 4:40 p.m., on April 15, 2024, officers were called to Ocean View Beach Park located at 100 W Ocean View Avenue for the report of an stabbing victim. When first responders arrived, they found a 37-year-old man suffering from life-threatening injuries.
The man was taken to the hospital to receive medical treatment for his injuries.
As a result of their investigation, Rodney Z. Turner, 44, of Norfolk, and Shannon M. Lichterman, 36, of Norfolk have both been charged with malicious wounding, and conspiracy.
Turner and Lichterman are currently being held in Norfolk City Jail without bond.
