Get ready for an egg-citing event that will get your heart pumping and your body moving! Get sunny side up on Saturday, April 6, at the Norfolk Fitness & Wellness Center, as you run to collect a basket of eggs, each containing a special exercise and rep number. But the fun doesn't stop there! Take your basket to the event table and build your workout from the collected eggs to complete onsite. Can you survive the hunt?
