NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) - Detectives are asking for your help to locate 17-year-old Michael R. Saumier, who was last seen on January 10, 2024, around 1:00 p.m. in the 6500 block of Chesapeake Boulevard
Saumier is approximately 125 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He might be wearing a black jacket, black Nike hoodie, and blue jeans, and be carrying a black and gray bookbag.
The 17-year-old has a behavioral disorder, and police are concerned for his well-being.
