In this class, participants will learn the role self-respect plays in workplace civility, how to deal with challenge situations, and how to overcome and rebuild respect after an offense.

This training is designed for supervisors who are new to the City of Norfolk Performance Management process. The nuts and bolts of the process will be discussed including what is required of supervisors, how to set up performance expectations, and how to create and process a form in PeopleSoft ePerformance.
