September’s required HR training focuses on the City’s Code of Ethics Policy (5.7). You’ll watch two videos, one about Fraud and the other about Gifts and Entertainment. You will also review and acknowledge the Code of Ethics Policy. All City employees are expected to comply with the policy. You must complete the training by Sept. 30.
