The Department of City Planning’s electronic payment portal is currently down and unable to accept payments during this time.
City Planning staff will be available Friday, Feb. 17, at City Hall from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to accept payments. Only credit card payments (Visa or Mastercard) will be accepted during this time. Additionally, onsite City Planning staff will only be available to accept payments and will be unable to assist with applications, permits or other requests.
