[ARCHIVED] Detectives looking for missing Norfolk man

NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Norfolk detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 56-year-old Robert Keyser, who was last seen around 12:40 a.m. on November 29, 2022, at 49th and Hampton Blvd. 
 
Keyser is about 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing around 280 pounds. He was last seen wearing a green t-shirt with a police cartoon character on the front, black sweatpants, and dark penny loafers. 

Keyser suffers from an intellectual disability and may be in need of medical attention.
