NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – A man has died following a shooting that occurred this morning near Church Street and Henry Street.
On November 17, 2022, around 6:20 a.m. police responded to the 1100 block of Church Street for the report of a gunshot victim. When the officers arrived, they located a man suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
The man, later identified as Bernese L. Adams Jr.,47, of Norfolk, was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital where he later died from his injuries.
