NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives are asking for help from the public to locate 43-year-old Latoya R. Clinkscales of Norfolk, Virginia.
Clinkscales is approximately 5’5” tall and weighs 95 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes, and was last seen on October 30, 2022, in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia.
Clinkscales suffers from mental health issues and may be in need of medication. Anyone who has information about her whereabouts is encouraged to contact 911.
